As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, matching our water monitoring and leak detection products to their needs, and coordinating system installations through our preferred installer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of purchased equipment to predict and prevent losses.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to research and resolve customer inquiries and help them get the most out of their products, documenting interactions and following up as needed.
- Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes/procedures while meeting/exceeding service performance and quality standards.
