Treasury Management Sales Associate

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a skilled Treasury Management Sales Associate to support Relationship Managers throughout the sales cycle. This role will provide expert assistance with treasury management solutions, perform a variety of support activities, and ensure proper onboarding of products within our published service level agreement.
- Facilitate and manage onboarding of major client relationships or complex industry types.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills throughout the onboarding process.
- Responsible for gathering pertinent information required for the preparation and coordination of all agreements.
- Manage the implementation of new products and services for bank clients from start to finish and complete all necessary client training.
- Partner with internal implementations and operations departments to ensure new services are established correctly and timely.
- Review Account Analysis and understand clients' current and future treasury management needs to expand and cross-sell business relationships.
- Call on prospective customers individually and with RMs to develop new Treasury Management relationships.
- Create and deliver sales presentations, explain services offered, and make recommendations based on client needs.
- Maintain sufficient knowledge of all treasury management products.
- Manage and pre-plan tasks and meeting schedule to maintain an effective support of clients and business units.
- Identify product improvements and solutions by communicating client and prospect needs.
- Assist Relationship Managers and Personal Banking Officers in onboarding clients by providing product expertise and preparing client applications and agreements.
- Assist with implementation of new products and services for clients and provide training on the appropriate use of products.
- Assist clients with inquiries and problems related to Treasury Management and Electronic Banking.
- Proactively keep Relationship Managers informed of client service issues and provide sufficient backup information to support client requests.
- Act as a liaison with other departments of the bank to provide stellar service to internal and external clientele.
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years of treasury management support and/or sales experience.
- Understanding of the risk associated with all treasury management products and services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of treasury management products and related business, financial, and risk management processes.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide necessary product training and demonstrations.
- Superior customer service and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of all services offered by the Bank and good understanding of account analysis statements.
