Job Title: Treasury Advisor

As a key member of the Private Bank team, the Treasury Advisor will play a crucial role in providing expert support to Relationship Managers and teams. This includes developing and delivering comprehensive Treasury solutions, coordinating with product partners, and ensuring seamless client onboarding and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to develop client proposals, including Treasury solutions, cost/benefit analysis, and pricing models.
  • Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, and account plans.
  • Understand clients' Treasury cash management structures and objectives.
  • Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of competitors' products and positioning within the client and market.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Treasury Solutions, coordinating with internal implementation teams to fulfill clients' needs.
  • Master the bank's digital and Treasury platforms, including Corporate Online Banking, Foreign Exchange Online, and other relevant systems.
  • Work closely with the Product Team to identify gaps in client-facing technology.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Treasury sales/support or similar financial services products with business banking or private bank clients.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead effective meetings with clients and internal business partners.
  • Strong level of competency with virtual meeting tools, internal systems, and the ability to learn and apply new technology.
