Treasury Sales Officer II

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Sales Officer II to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our Private Bank, you will be responsible for delivering integrated treasury solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive responsible revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, client calling and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and leading client-facing treasury presentations.
- Partner with bankers and product specialists across the enterprise to develop customized treasury solutions by identifying solutions based on client-focused cost/benefit analysis and bank-focused profitability analysis.
- In partnership with Private Bank, lead pricing and negotiation discussions with the client for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability and YoY growth.
- Foster digital adoption by driving mobile, digital, and real-time payments adoption and manage strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues – leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning.
- Lead, coach, and develop Treasury Sales Analysts (TSA) and more junior Treasury Sales Officers (TSO) and Treasury Sales Client Officers (TSCO) in day-to-day support of client deliverables.
- Maintain a strong client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and broad understanding of bank structure.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of Treasury/Cash Management Sales experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Authentic and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Challenges the status quo and is confident and agile in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

- Proactively engages all internal partners for sales opportunities.
- Effectively manages risk while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bank.
- Able to effectively work as an individual contributor as well as a close team member in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This role is based in the United States and requires a 1st shift schedule with 40 hours per week.
