Position Overview:
As a Behavioral Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to clients in need of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Weekly Commitment:
25 hours

Service Delivery:
In-home sessions are required.

Transportation:
Reliable transportation is necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Behavioral Technician, your daily tasks will include:
1. Delivering one-on-one compassionate ABA services to clients.
2. Implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies.
3. Collecting and documenting data on client behaviors.
4. Communicating empathetically with clients, families, and supervisors.
5. Assisting the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) during assessments and in preparing educational materials.
6. Seeking guidance from supervisors to ensure effective treatment delivery.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Behavioral Technician.
- A valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- A willingness to travel to client locations.
- Experience with data collection tools such as Catalyst is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
