About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Health Field. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing ABA services, supervision, and parent training to children with Autism, IDD, and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • ABA Services: Provide high-quality ABA services to children with Autism, IDD, and their caregivers, including initial assessments, reassessments, and behavioral program design.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train ABA technicians, implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans, ensuring fidelity of implementation and effective treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • BCBA Certification: Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
  • Supervisor Training: Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
  • Experience: Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Technical Requirements: Access to reliable electronic devices, including Wi-Fi, headphones, laptop, and phone.
  • Interpersonal and Writing Skills: Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with the ability to be an effective agent of a treatment team.
