IntelliStars ABA is a pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in the Atlanta area. Our mission is to transform care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by cultivating a skilled team of BCBAs and RBTs, emphasizing communication and respect to deliver exceptional services.

Compensation

$20 - $27 per hour

Employment Type

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
  • Flexible hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy
  • Maintain professional and positive communication with the team.
  • Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions, implement behavior support, and adhere to treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to apply foundational principles and teaching methods of ABA therapy
  • Respond effectively to the needs and requests of clients and their families
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be communicative and cooperative.
  • Commit to providing purposeful care.
  • Stay goal-oriented and uphold professionalism in all aspects of your work
