Position Overview

Superior Senior Care is seeking a dedicated individual to support the coordination of referrals and assist in managing a dynamic in-home care operation. This role involves scheduling, problem-solving, and effectively communicating to ensure seamless referral appointments.

The ideal candidate will engage in clerical tasks tailored to the evolving demands of the in-home service sector. The position necessitates a high level of discretion, independent judgment, and personal initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and nonverbal channels.
  • Perform clerical duties with attention to detail.
  • Utilize intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be available for after-hours calls as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information related to caregivers, clients, and their families.
Work Schedule

Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: From $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
