Position Overview

Superior Senior Care (SSC) is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a vital role that supports the coordination of referrals and the management of our thriving in-home care operations. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth scheduling, effective communication, and the organization of referral appointments.

The role encompasses a variety of clerical tasks tailored to meet the dynamic needs of the in-home service sector. It requires a high level of discretion, independent judgment, and personal initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate scheduling and coordination of appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers.
  • Handle clerical duties with attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and nonverbal means.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Clerical experience with a focus on organization.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take after-hours calls as needed.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Compensation and Benefits
