The role encompasses a variety of clerical tasks tailored to meet the dynamic needs of the in-home service sector. It requires a high level of discretion, independent judgment, and personal initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate scheduling and coordination of appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers.
- Handle clerical duties with attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and nonverbal means.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Clerical experience with a focus on organization.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
- The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take after-hours calls as needed.
This is a full-time position with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
