Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory and order management systems to ensure seamless program replenishments, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, expediting, and customer service call resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and order management systems to optimize program replenishments and customer satisfaction
  • Perform receiving, put-away, and stock rotation activities to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Conduct cycle counts and order entry to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Expedite orders and resolve customer service calls in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage inventory and order management systems
