JOB OBJECTIVE
To maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC mechanical and electrical systems across various retail environments, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing product loss while prioritizing partner satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
1. Execute repairs on equipment including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control devices in a manner that is safe, efficient, and timely, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
2. Collaborate with the Site Management team to effectively communicate all planned maintenance activities, including diagnosing equipment malfunctions and operational deficiencies to ensure high-quality performance.

Standards of Maintenance
Maintain all assigned assets to the highest standards, ensuring clean and safe conditions in mechanical and electrical areas.

Emergency Response
Participate in the company's after-hours emergency call program as required.

Inventory Management
Complete equipment inventories as assigned.

Compliance
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.


Qualifications
- Experience with rack systems, display cases, and walk-in refrigeration is highly preferred.
- Journeyman certification in refrigeration and HVAC systems or equivalent experience is required.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
- Ability to comprehend and follow English instructions is necessary.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background checks is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of supermarket rack refrigeration equipment, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Refrigeration Controller Technology, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel, are required.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and make sound decisions promptly.
