About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Specialist to join our team at MeriCal, LLC. As a key member of our customer operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Our Customers: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage Orders & Inventory: Monitor customer orders and inventory levels, ensuring timely production and delivery.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and production timelines are adhered to.
  • Process Purchase Orders: Handle customer purchase orders and manage all related documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor Shipments & Production: Oversee the production process and shipping schedules, ensuring finished goods are delivered on time.
  • Represent the Customer: Participate in operations meetings, acting as the customer's advocate to ensure order priorities, due dates, and quantities are being met.
  • Solve Problems: Quickly and efficiently resolve any customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing prompt, accurate service to promote customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ideally, experience with systems like Sage, Batch Master, or Mas 500.
  • Mindset: You're a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, ready to tackle challenges head-on and think outside the box to find the best solutions.
