Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team at Planned Parenthood/Orange and San Bernardino Counties. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and clients, answering calls efficiently, and scheduling appointments according to our guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional service to patients and clients via phone and in-person
  • Answer calls and schedule appointments using our computer-based appointment schedule
  • Be well-versed on our health services and answer relevant questions
  • Provide callers/patients with appropriate resources as necessary
  • Verify benefits and eligibility with insurance companies
  • Adhere to our scripts and protocols
  • Follow laws and guidelines relating to patient confidentiality and reproductive health of minors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of proven customer service experience or healthcare background preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Strong commitment to quality healthcare and excellent customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
