Job Description

At Kilter Termite and Pest Control, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.

They will also be required to input customer information and remote deposits, and follow company policies and guidelines in assisting both external and internal customers.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, phone experience, and the ability to work in a team environment.
