Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional domestic and international customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, accurate, and personalized communication to global partners, top designers, luxury design showrooms, and our sales team via various channels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer experience from initial inquiry to order entry, payment processing, and shipping logistics.
  • Master our internal systems and develop a full understanding of our operational processes to provide exceptional support.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the organization to support customer needs.
  • Assess, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Develop a basic understanding of shipping terminology and compliance expectations, both domestically and internationally.
  • Document, update, and manage all customer communication via our help desk platform to maintain clean data.
  • Meet department metric expectations and contribute to the global launch of new products.

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, and/or retail.
