Lead Security Systems Technician

Position Summary:

As a Lead Security Systems Technician, your responsibilities will include the installation and maintenance of sophisticated residential and commercial security systems, such as burglar alarms, fire alarms, access control systems, intercoms, and CCTV setups. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain complex security systems in both residential and commercial environments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to project completion.
- Complete necessary documentation and reports on a daily basis.
- Engage with both internal and external clients regularly.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in the security industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- NICET Level 1 certification is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to safely operate ladders of 6 feet or higher.
