Role Overview:
As a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will oversee and coordinate all mechanical system operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the highest quality of service and compliance with aviation regulations.

Essential Duties:
  1. Organize, schedule, and execute maintenance tasks to align with service delivery timelines.
  2. Provide guidance and mentorship to aircraft technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices in troubleshooting airframe and engine systems.
  3. Evaluate team performance, leveraging strengths to enhance productivity and identifying areas for development.
  4. Ensure timely procurement of necessary components and manage the inspection process upon return.
  5. Stay updated on Aircraft Service Changes (ASCs), Customer Bulletins, and all relevant maintenance procedures.
  6. Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of aircraft mechanical systems, demonstrating efficiency in task execution.
  7. Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues such as fluid leaks and structural damage.
  8. Utilize ground support equipment following standard operating procedures, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with company procedures and FAA standards.
  10. Review job charging for accuracy and compliance.

Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Implement 6S and Lean Initiatives to promote safety and cleanliness in all work areas.
  2. Assist in setting performance goals for team members and support company objectives at the operational level.

Qualifications:
  1. In-depth knowledge of aircraft inspection and heavy maintenance procedures.
  2. Proficient in technical reference materials, including maintenance manuals and service bulletins.
  3. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
