Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Acuative Corporation. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the New Jersey region, with a focus on NY, NJ, and PA.

As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for key clients and prospects, cultivating relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our solution architects and engineering teams to develop proposals and statements of work that meet the needs of our clients.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, grow existing business, and develop strategic partnerships with key vendors. You must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Utilize sales tools such as Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dynamics 365, and AI-enabled assets to support sales efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree a plus
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Location: New Jersey, with a focus on NY, NJ, and PA
