Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Our customers will be coming to us one-on-one at our retail locations. This position handles both retail customer service and retail sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CRM system to qualify new prospects
  • Profile and analyze accounts to overcome any objections and generate quality sales opportunities
  • Present the value of our client's services to prospective and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal departments to innovate systems and company growth
  • One-on-one sales-based interaction with customers.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or other related fields. You should have the ability to build rapport and a trusting relationship with clients. Ability to prioritize and multitask, positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.


Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
