About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor Co. in Anna, Ohio. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading, creating, and implementing innovative technical activities and solutions to drive efficiency and excellence in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Lead and manage projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, industrial) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
