Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading, creating, and implementing innovative technical solutions to drive efficiency and excellence in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address production gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze data and implement process improvements to drive business results.
  • Lead and support the development of new technologies and processes to enhance manufacturing performance.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure successful completion and target achievement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in engineering or engineering technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills, with ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
