Job PurposeThe Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for leading and implementing technical activities and solutions to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety, quality, and delivery gaps.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure common understanding and direction.
- Analyze daily reports to identify areas for improvement and develop countermeasures.
- Utilize data analysis and PDCA to lead and support solutions to complex problems.
- Monitor and manage equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance and minimize operating expense.
- Develop and manage project implementation, schedule, budget, and resource allocations.
- Test and evaluate new technologies to improve equipment and process efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software applications.
