We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner - eStore SCM Ops who will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining the flow of work and materials across various departments. This position focuses on adhering to weekly inventory inbound schedules while ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast Management: Conduct daily and weekly assessments of Sellout and Supply forecasts at the product and model level. Facilitate Weekly Consensus Calls with eCommerce and Product Marketing Teams.
  • Inventory Optimization: Oversee optimal inventory levels at the site, manage Aging Inventory, track WoS, and address Stock Out issues. Analyze New Product Launches and conduct Risk Assessments.
  • STO Monitoring: Track weekly Stock Transfer Order (STO) status comprehensively with Demand Fulfillment, eCommerce Teams, Business Teams, and Headquarters.
  • KPI Tracking and Reporting: Execute weekly and monthly tracking, reporting, and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong background in Supply Chain Management with knowledge of operational and planning processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP and NERP systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Relevant Supply Chain Management experience in the consumer electronics sector within a corporate environment.
