Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Maximo-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to schedule and monitor equipment maintenance, ensuring timely inspections and repairs.
  • Guide the maintenance team by assigning tasks, establishing timelines, and ensuring accountability for task completion.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to facilitate maintenance work.
  • Develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs) for special projects, select contractors, and manage project execution.
  • Request quotes for procurement and generate SAP Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Ensure timely approval of SAP POs and resolve any invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable.
  • Manage the onboarding of new vendors as necessary.
  • Transform maintenance requirements into actionable plans through effective resource scheduling.
  • Estimate and coordinate the procurement of materials and labor essential for completing maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor maintenance labor to maximize planned work and minimize unplanned or emergency tasks.
  • Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System, ensuring accurate data collection and history.
  • Communicate with various departments regarding maintenance scheduling and planning as needed.
  • Revise and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required; an associate degree in an engineering-related field or advanced training is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required.
