Controls Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing technical documents such as schematics, manuals, and industry standards
- Updating and maintaining records for control systems and instrumentation
- Overseeing SCADA systems within an industrial setting
- Installing, configuring, and servicing control instrumentation
- Programming PLCs and PACs for operational efficiency
- Procurement of PLC components for facility systems
- Collaborating with IT personnel for network-related tasks
- Generating technical reports and managing project timelines
- Providing support during production hours as needed
- Conducting inspections, tests, and calibrations of instruments
- Assisting in the design and modification of plant systems
- Managing computer-based control systems effectively
- Executing scheduled maintenance tasks
- Keeping abreast of advancements in industry technology
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in PLC programming
- Experience in electrical systems
- Capability to create and interpret logic diagrams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
