Requirements:

  • Expertise in automated facility management systems (e.g., IWMS, CMMS).
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct business process reengineering (BPR) and fit-gap analysis within facility management operations.
  • Familiarity with facility automation, building management systems, and smart building technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management regulations and standards, including energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, facilities management, or a related field.
