Job Summary:

Southland Industries is seeking a skilled Technology Analyst to join our team. As a Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for leading small projects and improvement efforts, configuring and documenting technology per business requirements, and collaborating with business to test and improve technology configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead small projects and improvement efforts to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Configure and document technology per business requirements to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to test and improve technology configuration, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively across IT department functions to deliver projects and services, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Beta test new technology releases and prepare for implementation, staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  • Assist in creating technology training material and conducting training sessions, empowering colleagues with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  • Provide Tier 2-3 application support assistance, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.

Requirements:
  • Four-year degree or applicable experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of operations, fabrication, and field processes.
  • Good knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Developing knowledge of reality capture tools and processes.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good meeting management and facilitation skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Good understanding of supported business technologies.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across the organization.
  • Solid understanding of IT services.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Makes decisions within the scope of responsibility.
