Program Management Role

Crown Consulting is seeking a skilled Program Management Specialist to support our FAA major IT investment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing program presentations, documents, and reports, as well as performing quality control of program documents and deliverables. They will also ensure adherence to program governance and processes, coordinate program meeting logistics, facilitate program meetings, and capture and disseminate meeting notes and action items.

Requirements

  • A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
  • Senior (required degree + 8 relevant years)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Demonstrated writing skills, including meeting note-taking
  • FAA investment analysis experience is preferred
