Job Overview

Laansu is seeking a talented Quality Control Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of software products used by the Department of Transportation and the public at large. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of drivers and passengers on public roadways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct data reviews, validation, and analysis for Motor Vehicle crash data.
  • Perform quality assurance of web-based applications.
  • Write queries to perform quality control of the data collected.
  • Develop and execute quality control plans.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Lead to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Create reports using business intelligence tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality control, writing, and executing test case scenarios for applications.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • 3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in Business Objects, Tableau, Excel, or similar Data Visualization Tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Automated testing.
  • Knowledge of XML and JSON.
