Job Title: Architectural and Design Sales Manager

Stone Warehouse USA is a leading supplier of natural and engineered stone in Florida, renowned for its high-quality and unique selection of semi-precious granite, marble, onyx, quartzite, and Porcelain slabs. We are the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz and Lapitec, an engineered stone produced with the finest materials by highly qualified craftsmen.

We are seeking an experienced Architectural and Design Sales Manager to join our team in NAPLES, FL. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in business development or marketing fields, with a proven history of successful leadership and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop commercial programs and business growth strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to continue winning new contracts.
  • Attend networking events and build industry connections to facilitate business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and state and federal regulations.
  • Work with other department heads to determine company goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients.
  • Act as a consultative partner to commercial customers by maintaining expert knowledge of the industry.

Qualifications:

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
  • 3 to 5+ years prior experience in business development or marketing fields
  • A proven history of successful leadership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a strategic thinker and have strong negotiation skills.
  • Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team.
  • Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Up to date on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
