Role Overview: The position of Customer Service Representative at Veterans United is essential for delivering exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and provide guidance to clients seeking assistance.
- Address general inquiries regarding loan processes and facilitate connections to appropriate departments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while responding to basic questions about VA loans.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks, including responding to emails and instant messages to resolve client issues.
- Maintain composure and professionalism when assisting clients who may be experiencing challenges.
Essential Qualifications:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during designated hours.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Demonstrated work ethic and a commitment to achieving success.
