About the Insurance Sales Representative Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Alchemy Financial Group. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.


Your primary goal will be to formulate strong relationships with our clients to ensure growth and preserve our firm's prestige. You will be responsible for identifying their needs and demands and selling insurance products accordingly.


As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be able to utilize your skills and experience to drive sales growth and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to sell insurance products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client needs and preferences
  • Prepare and present reports to management on sales performance and client interactions
  • Handle customer inquiries and disputes in a professional and timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • High school diploma or BA/BSc degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
