Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active state Real Estate License or enrollment in a state Real Estate licensing course is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in quota-bearing commission-based sales is necessary.
  • At least one year of experience in B2B or B2C sales is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Availability to work weekends regularly is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is crucial.
  • Formal sales training, B2B sales experience, and leadership experience are preferred.
  • A High School diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
