Your Responsibilities: As a Consumer Outside Sales Specialist, your role will involve promoting and selling Windstream's products and services to customers within a specified territory. This position requires you to engage with potential customers directly, conducting door-to-door outreach to facilitate order completion, service activation, accurate billing setup, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to achieve sales targets for products and services and participate in Windstream's special events to expand your network and enhance sales opportunities. You will also undergo an extensive 8-week Sales Residency program designed to equip you with the necessary training and knowledge for success in this role. Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a 5% increase in your base salary.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service and organizational skills. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential. You must have access to a reliable and insured personal vehicle for travel to assigned territories. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals are crucial. Self-motivation and a strong desire for success are key attributes. You should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and navigating different terrains, including paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads. Previous sales experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
