Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer calls and ensure follow-up on sales appointments.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat, utilizing prepared scripts and templates.
  • Offer initial product information to customers and guide them to relevant dealership resources.
  • Discuss preliminary financing options tailored to customer requirements.
  • Engage with leads who are not yet ready to schedule an appointment or have missed their appointments.
  • Contribute to team and process enhancement discussions, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and management.
  • Consistently utilize the CRM tracking system for daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one prior role in customer service
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a desire for personal growth
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
