Executive Chef Job Description

The Executive Chef at Rick Erwin's Dining Group is a key member of our team, responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a strong focus on food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation, as well as the ability to build relationships with our team and guests.

  • Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver exceptional results.
  • Guest Experience: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our guests receive a consistently high level of service and that their needs are met.
  • Cost Management: Manage our food costs and inventory to ensure that we are able to maintain profitability while still delivering high-quality products.
