With over 250 team members across six countries and eleven offices — including Berlin, Brussels, Cologne, Chicago, D.C., Geneva, London, New York, Oslo, San Francisco, and Zürich — we leverage our specialized knowledge in strategic communications, public affairs, research, and digital marketing to craft tailored strategies that drive change for our clients in both America and Europe.

We are currently looking for a seasoned Lead Media Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis, dedicating 40 hours per week.Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup, quality assurance, implementation, and ongoing management of paid media initiatives across various advertising platforms.

• Monitor campaign delivery and performance, promptly addressing any issues with the team.

• Ensure campaigns achieve and surpass client key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with the Media Planning and Buying teams to develop effective media strategies.

• Contribute to the development of innovative products and services that enhance client campaign effectiveness.

• Report on advertising performance metrics across platforms to evaluate campaign success, inventory value, and areas for enhancement.

• Attend meetings with new vendors to assess the evolving digital media landscape and create new buying solutions for clients.

• Support Buying team members in refining the agency's media buying offerings.

• Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing tests aimed at improving the effectiveness of our buying strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing campaigns for political, public affairs, and/or direct response clients.

• A passion for Democratic and progressive politics, along with enthusiasm for working with non-profit and corporate clients.

• Strong analytical skills, with familiarity in business intelligence dashboard tools such as Google Analytics, Datorama, or Tableau.

• 0 – 5 years of relevant experience; exposure to digital media buying through internships, fellowships, or coursework is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with search and social media buying platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads; programmatic experience is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• A proactive approach to working independently, rapidly acquiring new skills, and achieving results.

Compensation:

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role, with a salary range (based on experience) of $4,250/mo - $6,250/mo.
