Position Summary:

As a pivotal player in our organizational growth, Recruiters are instrumental in the development of our teams nationwide. They act as advocates for candidates and strategic partners to internal teams, tasked with sourcing permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire talent. This role requires a high level of expertise in candidate generation and sourcing, ensuring the delivery of quality talent promptly. Ideal candidates will be process-oriented individuals capable of managing a substantial volume across diverse geographies while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Senior Recruiters enhance value by serving as subject matter experts within specific departments or sectors. They integrate market insights and data-driven strategies into their workflows, leveraging these to establish credibility with the business units they support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate qualified candidates utilizing online job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process; set expectations, provide constructive feedback, negotiate, and finalize offers.
  • Deliver regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers regarding recruitment progress for open roles.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define key requirements and devise recruitment strategies for designated positions.
  • Implement Publicis Talent processes and policies consistently.
  • Proactively build pools of qualified candidates in anticipation of future needs.
  • Coordinate, track, and manage in-person and virtual interviews across various time zones.
  • Maintain recruitment tracking systems and reports, enhancing existing reports as necessary.
  • Effectively utilize our applicant tracking system and all other Talent Acquisition tools.
  • Contribute to special project work as needed.
  • Represent and promote the Publicis brand with professionalism and authenticity.
Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Proven success in recruiting and filling marketing and/or advertising positions.
  • Proactive team player, eager to grow and learn within the advertising/marketing sector.
  • Organized and methodical approach to staffing and onboarding processes.
  • Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Genuine desire to collaborate within a team setting.
  • Natural curiosity and commitment to self-improvement.

Note: This position requires hybrid work, necessitating onsite collaboration for a portion of the week. Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000, with benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
