The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance client travel programs, formulating project plans to address these opportunities, and developing comprehensive communication strategies for key client stakeholders. This role requires leading multiple project workstreams across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead various consulting projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and facilitating effective communication.
- Formulate and execute strategic recommendations that are data-driven and impactful, aligning with program objectives.
- Proactively suggest innovative solutions to clients to elevate their travel programs.
- Identify and capitalize on renewal, upselling, and optimization opportunities within the client portfolio.
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers.
- Lead internal initiatives and actively participate in cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with the analyst team to ensure successful project delivery and enhance standard deliverables.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, acting as a knowledgeable resource to provide added value to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Partner with the client's commercial lead.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in project management, analysis, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with excellent presentation capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite and proven multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior partners and stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage data intricately while maintaining a focus on overarching strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of synthesizing and presenting complex concepts to both leadership and operational teams.
- Experience managing multiple workstream engagements, prioritizing projects, and utilizing appropriate project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven experience leading projects with global clients.
- In-depth understanding of travel management company (TMC) data and supplier/third-party data (Air/Hotel/Car rental suppliers, Corporate Card, Expense, etc.).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).

Location:
United States
The national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000, which reflects the expected compensation for this role. Actual salary will be determined based on the scope and complexity of the role, as well as the candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual Performance-Based Incentive, rewarding participants based on company performance.
