Position Summary

The Quick Lane Advisor plays a crucial role in managing service appointments and promoting necessary vehicle services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service bookings and gather customer and vehicle information prior to their arrival.
  • Welcome customers promptly and courteously.
  • Provide detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts, while establishing a clear timeline for service completion.
  • Monitor repair progress throughout the day, communicating any changes in estimates or timelines to customers, and obtaining necessary approvals for additional work.
  • Conduct test drives or liaise with technicians as needed.
  • Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index rating that meets or exceeds manufacturer standards.
  • Educate customers on vehicle maintenance and the importance of adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Adhere to dealership standards for productivity on customer repair orders.
  • Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and safety protocols.
  • Follow company safety guidelines and report any incidents to management immediately.

Compensation Structure: The Quick Lane Advisor position offers a pay scale with a base hourly rate ranging from $18.00 to $21.00.
