Overview:
At Town and Country Resort, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Supervisor.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the kitchen personnel who prepare, cook, and present meals for our esteemed guests.

The Culinary Operations Supervisor will offer leadership and direction to the team during shifts and will also participate in food preparation as necessary.

With an emphasis on quality and efficiency, this role will support the culinary team in their goal to surpass customer expectations regarding food quality and overall dining experience.


Responsibilities:
You will set a standard by demonstrating expertise in both hot and cold food production. You will evaluate presentation quality and manage the kitchen line as required. Proficiency in reading recipes and accurately following measurement guidelines is essential. Effective communication with all team members is crucial. You will consistently adhere to safe and sanitary food handling practices. It is important to maintain a clean and safe workstation and equipment. Basic knife skills for the preparation of both hot and cold dishes are necessary.

Qualifications:
Flexibility in working hours and days is required. A minimum of three years of relevant training or experience is necessary. Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, food products, and kitchen equipment is essential. Previous experience in fostering professional and respectful workplace relationships is expected.
