Overview

The Director of Paid Acquisition will lead our paid media strategy, driving growth and efficiency through various digital and offline channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing large-scale paid campaigns and a deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid acquisition strategies across multiple digital and offline channels.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign and channel, aligning them with overall business goals.
  • Identify and execute the optimal media mix to maximize ROAS and improve brand health.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, analysts, and other marketing professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, agencies, and platform representatives.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Extensive experience with major ad platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing and optimizing $50M+ budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in ad management tools and bid strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
