Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment and retention strategy to attract and retain high-quality students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to promote school programs and events.
  • Manage and oversee the admissions process, including student inquiries, tours, and enrollment.
  • Represent the school in the parish and local community, building relationships with outside institutions and groups.
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to effectively communicate the school's mission, brand, and product to potential students and their families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • Two to five years of admissions and marketing experience, preferably in Catholic education.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Proficient in web-based and application-based marketing tools, as well as admission software.
What We Offer
