- ** Collaborate closely with legal advisors and underwriters to conduct thorough due diligence on coverage applications.
- ** Tailor RWI policies for sanctioned M&A deals.
- ** Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting for M&A activities.
- ** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with an active CPA designation.
