Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Training and Quality staff to ensure training and quality goals are met.
  • Coach and lead employees through effective feedback, working with the Operations Supervisor.
  • Monitor and evaluate operations, developing action plans to maximize center efficiency with the Center Manager.
  • Supervise the implementation of improvements, responsible for all personnel functions, including hiring, assignment, and direction of work.
  • Direct the training activities of production employees through the Training Coordinator.
  • Determine inventory levels of goods and supplies necessary for operation, compiling and submitting orders to vendors.
  • Ensure center employees maintain the facility in a neat and clean condition and all equipment is in good working order.
  • Oversee plasma shipments and equipment failures, adhering to FDA-approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP.
  • Direct key personnel in donor selection, plasma collection, and manufacturing records to maintain production standards.
  • Control center donor funds, ensuring accurate and orderly financial records.
  • Minimize center liability through constant risk management review, investigating unsafe situations and directing outside vendors.
  • Review and monitor special projects for accuracy and timely completion.
  • Work with the Center Manager to implement the donor center's mission into the community.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or a related field.
