Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an ophthalmology practice.
  • Certifications: COA or COT certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong supervisory skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, flexibility with hours and local travel, proficiency with EMR and practice management system, and ability to work in a team environment or independently.
