About the Role

Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our Primary Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily clinic preparation, patient identification, and check-in/out processes.
  • Manage patient accounts, including charge posting, cash management, and appointment scheduling.
  • Provide customer service, message distribution, and ancillary scheduling and preparation.
  • Ensure accurate and complete patient accounts, adhering to organization standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of work experience in directly communicating and providing service to patients or public required.
  • Prior medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data entry/keyboarding preferred.
