Drive Sales Growth and Success

Orbus Visual Communications is a market-leading group of brands in the United States and Canada, specializing in the manufacture and production of portable, modular, and custom displays used in events, exhibits, retail, and workplace interiors.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth and success. This role will conduct activities to gain share of wallet with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.

This is not a 9-5 job. We work at a minimum at our customers' pace/schedule to ensure they have everything needed to sell our products. Our RSEs take responsibility for the success of the business seriously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed territorial sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Build strong relationships with assigned customers to drive business growth and development
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to ensure accountability and progress tracking
  • Craft compelling presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on Orbus' solutions
  • Guide customers through the process to meet their needs and achieve successful outcomes
  • Accurately estimate and quote customer RFPs, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
  • Manage customer expectations to ensure projects run smoothly and promote repeat business
  • Develop and execute large account onboarding and development plans
  • Utilize outbound phone work to develop new accounts and grow existing ones
  • Effectively utilize Orbus' CRM software to manage and track account progress

$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales expertise, including communications and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 5 years of sales experience required
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Existing relationships in the exhibit industry a plus; self-motivation and passion for growing business essential
  • Valid driver's license required; up to 75% travel expected
