About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team at FinTech Processing. As a self-motivated individual with a strong sales background, you will play a key role in growing our sales channels within your network and local community.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with business owners to educate them on our payment solutions, working closely with our Sales Director to develop your territory, and leveraging our Support Team to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or leads effectively.
  4. Reliable transportation for local and regional travel.
  5. Flexibility to adapt to changing sales environments and adjust strategies as needed.
Benefits and Compensation

This is a commission-only role, offering an uncapped earning potential. You will have access to our entire support team, training, and resources to ensure your success. We estimate the salary range to be $60,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on performance and location.
