Marketing Director

Asset Living is a leading provider of property management services, and we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive property performance and support our Regional Leadership and community site teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze marketing metrics on a quarterly basis, providing insights and recommendations to Regional Leadership on how to optimize marketing spend and improve lead-to-lease ratios.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Provide marketing support and analytics as needed, working closely with the training team to develop marketing-based training programs.
- Oversee community ILS/Digital audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
- Manage social media presence and develop a social media ambassador program to promote company brand and values.
- Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials and complete all required marketing-related tasks during the acquisition and disposition of communities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Knowledge of onsite property management, including leasing, service, and management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle pressure and work independently.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Yardi software.
